EHS 2018-19 Pre-Registration and Course Selection for Transfer and New Students

 

For APS students with an approved transfer to Eldorado: 1. Access https://enroll.asp.edu and follow the prompts

2. Use current ParentVue account username and password

3. Complete a Course Selection Card at the Eldorado counseling office ASAP. Please be aware that elective courses are filling up fast!

 

For NEW to APS students who currently live in Eldorado’s district: 1. Access https://enroll.asp.edu and follow the prompts

2. Create a new ParentVue account

3. Click the “Add New Student” button and follow the prompts

4. Complete a Course Selection Card at the Eldorado counseling office ASAP. Please be aware that elective courses are filling up fast!

April 4th and May 3rd- test will be held in the media center from 3:00-4:30.

 

If your child is an incoming freshman from one of our "feeder" schools, your child has already taken the test.  This test is for all other incoming freshmen.

To start the process of registration for the 2018-19 school year, come to Eldorado's Counseling Department (1st floor, Admin. Building) starting March 12, 2018, to pick up a registration packet. Questions? Contact Julie Marquez: 296-4871 x35024 or julie.marquez@aps.edu

After you obtain a registration packet and fill it out, you'll need to return it to Eldorado along with this information:

1. Shot/immunization record
2. Rental/mortgage statement (showing you live in Eldorado district)
3. One utility bill (NOT water bill)
4. Transcripts/current grades from your student's last school

Please note:

1)  A parent must accompany student to registration unless student is a legal, independent adult.

2) No packets will be taken after 1:45 PM

Baca Trees has obtained a permit to trim the trees on the "Eldorado side" of Montgomery Blvd.

The sidewalks will be blocked off for the day, Wednesday 2/7, from 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.  Please allow yourselves extra time arriving to school.

Parents and Students- We welcome all students and parents to help clean our campus.  We will meet in the courtyard.  Many students need community service hours and some students have financial debts they can begin to work off.  Fall Frenzy will also take the place of students having Saturday School.

Bring a pair of work gloves and a yard tool of your choice: rake, hoe, pruning shears, branch cutters, etc.

Attached is a permission form.  It must be signed and returned to Mr. Suazo before work begins on Sept. 23, 9:00-11:00.

SOAR Day is an orientation day for incoming 9th Graders to Eldorado for the 2017-18 School Year.  Below are basic details for the orientation:

 

-Wednesay, August 9th

-7:30AM-11:30AM

-Busses will run their normal routes

-TShirts will be given out to only those students who attend SOAR    DAY

-No lunch is served

-Please bring your lock for your locker!

Lifetouch also is under the name of Prestige Portraits.  Seniors, you should be getting a letter in the mail letting you know when your senior portrait session is scheduled.  If you have any questions or need to change the date of your session, you can visit them at prestigeportraits.com.  You must be photgraphed with Prestige Portraits by November 7th, 2017 to be included in the yearbook.  

 

Photos will be taken at Eldorado High School the weeks of 

June 12-16 and August 1-4.  If you cannot make these dates, you can also call and set up an appointment time at their studios.
