Bring a pair of work gloves and a yard tool of your choice: rake, hoe, pruning shears, branch cutters, etc.

Attached is a permission form.  It must be signed and returned to Mr. Suazo before work begins on Sept. 23, 9:00-11:00.

All graduating seniors MUST fill out this brief survey about your post-graduation: click here or copy and paste this address into a browser:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DV9CS5Q

Deadline to fill it out: May 10. Take a quick screenshot as soon as the completion page shows up.

Deadline to bring Ms. Velhagen the screenshot showing that you completed it, and have your Golden Eagle Ticket stamped: May 5.  Remember: You can't get your cap & gown or walk at graduation without this!

Please read the questions carefully, answer them thoroughly, and don't hit the back arrow. You are helping Eldorado track our students' plans after graduation, update the School Profile we send to colleges along with your transcript, tally scholarship totals (we are asked to track ALL scholarships offered, not just those accepted), and keep meaningful data about our students. Be sure to list ALL scholarships you were offered by ALL schools; if you're not sure of the exact amount, at least list the name of the scholarship.

THANK YOU! :)

EHS will host an informational session on Monday, Jan. 23 at 6:30 PM in the Performing Arts Center for student athletes of all grades and families who would like information about how to be best prepared for playing a college sport and to potentially receive scholarship offers to play in college. NCAA has strict rules and guidelines, so there is a lot of important information that students & families need to be aware of, and the earlier the better. For example, there are limitations on high school classes students can take, requirements re: grades and ACT/SAT test scores, and more. Come hear this presentation by an expert on NCAA and college athletics eligibility; the information is applicable to all colleges, and there will be specifics for Division I, II and III schools.

Questions? Valerie Velhagen, EHS College & Career Counselor: velhagen@aps.edu
