Lockers

Students may request a locker by completing this Google Form. 

Once this form is completed, students will receive an email from our Activities Director, Ms. Mancuso, with their locker assignment. 

If there are any issues with the locker assigned, please email Ms. Mancuso (mancuso@aps.edu) immediately.
