Student IDs
Please complete this form in you are requesting a reprint of your student ID.
In order to get an ID, you must have been present for picture day or picture retake day. IDs are then created by the District, sent to the school, and distributed to students from the Main Office.
Please note...
1) Please understand that whatever name, picture, and grade level is currently in StudentVue will be what is printed on your replacement ID. If there is an error, please see your counselor.
2) Please understand that once your ID is created, the Main Office will let you know and call you from class to pick it up. From the District, it could take a couple days to weeks to deliver to school.
