- You can use it as a cross training opportunity for whatever other sports you play.

You will upload all of your forms to Dragonfly
Mandatory Forms

In order to run cross country and go to summer camp, you must complete all mandatory forms in the Eldorado Dragonfly Max platform.

You can fill most of them out electronically in Dragonfly. You can also download and print if your prefer, as well as the Physical Packet that you bring to your doctor when you get your physical.

You can access Dragonfly with the link and access code below. If you it is your first time using, you will add your child to the platform. If you have used it before, you will need to update your forms for this year.

Visit the Eldorado HS Org page on Dragonfly
- Sign up and use access code: SQL8WS to get set up with Eldorado's Dragonfly
- Once you are set up in Dragonfly you will see a list of forms that you need to complete and submit.
- Completed Physical Form submitted to Dragonfly - THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE YOU CAN RUN!
- There is a physical form in your account in Dragonfly that you can take to the Dr. or physical clinics in town.
- Here's a video on how to set up on Eldorado's Dragonfly
- You'll need a green checkmark on every form in order to participate.
