Eldorado Parent Organization

Academic Letters & Bars for 2020 Seniors

Dear Seniors & Parents of Seniors,

The Eldorado Parent Organization (EPO) would like to extend a final opportunity for our graduating seniors to receive an Academic Letter or Academic Bar to commemorate their hard work at Eldorado High School.  Please find attached the applications.  As a reminder, students may only receive one letter and one bar during their time at EHS.  The Academic Letter requires 4 semesters of 3.5 or higher GPA, and the Academic Bar requires 6 semesters of 3.5 or higher GPA.  If you submit an application your transcript will be verified with the registrar.

Applications are due, via email only, to mtbaker@comcast.net by Friday, May 15, 2020.  For students who qualify, certificates, letters, and bars will be mailed to the address on your application.

This round of applications is only open to Eldorado High School Seniors.  All other students can apply in the fall.

We need your involvement to help to make this a successful school year. Anyone can volunteer to help the school, and we have various opportunities big and small. Even if you did not join EPO through monetary donation, your help is needed and so appreciated!

Here are a few ways you could help:

  • Donate drinks or food (homemade by you or purchased)
  • Greet people and pass out bulletins for events
  • Host at occasional special events
  • Join a committee and help with testing, the newsletter, the Eagle Closet, and so much more!
