Parent Information

Parents and students can access the student's progress and weekly updated grade report via ParentVue online.  You should have been given an access code.  If you do not have a user name and password contact your student's counselor.

Please email the specific coach or Activities Director

Please contact the school to be added to the list.

Your student received an Academic Planner/Calendar during the first week of school. IT SHOULD BE KEPT and is the only copy they will receive during the full school year. It has very VALUABLE information as to EHS Policies, as well as Day-by-day Calendar listing of important school events, sports events, testing dates, school holidays, etc.  Of course since it is printed in the summer prior to the school year, some events may not make it on to the calendar and some events may be subject to date changes.

This same calendar is posted by month on the homepage. CLICK the month (e.g. August) on the monthly calendar to see a large calendar view.

For any student to participate in APS athletics, they must have an athletic physical form completed by a physician each school year and returned  to our Athletic Trainer, Ms Missy Archibeck.

Forms are available in the administration office;  they are also available for download on the Athletics homepage.

It is possible for parents to attend the student assemblies held in the gym.  See the school calendar handed out to each student at the beginning of the year for assembly dates and times.  Don't forget to sign into the Administration Office and get a visitor's badge before you attend the assembly.

A limited amount of school supplies can be purchased from our Librarian.  Some basic school supplies are also available free of charge through the EAGLE CLOSET.

Please contact Principal Sam Chavez for these items.
