APS Spring transition fair

The Zone events are held at a hosting High School in each zone, there are four zones in APS School District.  The target population for these events are the students and their families, as well as the school staff whom attend the event. These events are in the format of a Resource Fair, the resources that students will be seeking at these events are employment resources, health resources, post-secondary education resources, job shadow and internship, Military opportunities,  as well as vocational training and community resource information (ex: work permits, drivers licenses, summer employment).  See the link to the flyer below in the important links section.

About Our School

Opened in 1970, Eldorado High School is a traditional comprehensive public high school in the northeast heights of Albuquerque New Mexico, serving approximately 1890 students in grades 9 through 12.  Our school prides itself as a high performing school with high academic standards that ensure college and career readiness upon graduation. Eldorado High School promotes a climate of challenging instruction with high expectations for all students by offering a well-rounded educational program, including extracurricular activities, leading to college entrance and/or career paths that foster economic independence, critical thinking, and social responsibility to the global community.
